It would be nice to print a list of propositions when writing the first letters in the auto-complete prompt.

And I want proper handling of Shift-Ins - insert text from clipboard in cursor position, not at the endabse, and set proper cursor position after this and not like now. :)
Also I want very-very much support of non-english characters in this prompt.
As for me it's better to make existed functional works properly and only then add new features. ;)

For peoples, who want absent functional there is a dzen2.

I mean that prompt box is very buggy and almost unusable. I don't want to open tens of new bugs related with prompt box, because they are obvious. And I don't think that it's reasonably to add new features before making existed functional works properly.
Regarding topic - you can use dzen2 to show wanted list of propositions, so let's think in UNIX-way.
